Reuters is reporting that India will not accept a legally binding emission cut nor a peak year of carbon emissions at the global climate talks in Copenhagen.
This is hot on the heels of Australia's parliament defeating a climate bill this week.
A growing number of civilized nations are beginning to question whether outright fraud has been committed by climate researchers after damning emails between several key researchers showed up on a Russian web site.
